Code of Conduct & Liability Waiver

Not Putting on a Shirt (NPOAS), a 501(c)(3) organization, is not responsible for the conduct of Stand Tall AFC (STAFC) participants during STAFC associated advocacy events. Participants engage in these events at their own risk and under their own responsibility. The following code of conduct policy is intended as a general guideline for participants to adhere to in order to avoid behaviors that could be harmful to themselves, to others, or to the reputation of STAFC or NPOAS. Participants are strongly advised to review this code but in any event are personally accountable for engaging in any of the prohibited behaviors regardless of whether they have reviewed this code or disagree with its contents.

STAFC participants should not engage in the following prohibited activities during STAFC associated advocacy events:

  • Disparaging of any traditional breast reconstruction options (including implants, autologous reconstruction, etc.), whether verbal, written or otherwise
  • Knowingly violating the rules or regulations of the event’s host institution
  • Knowingly violating any applicable local, state or federal ordinance or law
  • Participation under the influence of alcohol or non-medicinal drugs
  • Engaging in illegal, violent, or unsafe acts, or threats of such
  • Abuse, mistreatment, or malicious coercion of any person
  • Unwanted physical contact which you cause directly or indirectly including, but not limited to, sexual advances, touching, or harassment, or any other behaviors, whether physical or verbal in nature, that are not expressly consented to
